CellPave GT40 – Interlocking lighter weight economy cellular porous plastic paving grid system manufactured in the UK from high quality 100% UV stabilised recycled mixed polypropylene/TPE

Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS)

CellPave™ GT40 is a premium-grade interlocking cellular paving grid designed for demanding ground reinforcement applications where strength, drainage performance and long-term durability are essential. Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled, UV-stabilised polyethylene, this high-performance 40mm gravel grid creates a stable, fully permeable surface suitable for both commercial and residential projects.

Independently tested and certified by Lloyd’s British, CellPave™ GT40 delivers exceptional compressive strength of up to 810 tonnes/m² when filled with angular gravel, making it one of the strongest 40mm cellular paving systems available. Its advanced structural design provides outstanding load distribution, preventing rutting, gravel migration and surface deformation under repeated vehicle use.

Designed with fast installation in mind, the integrated push-fit locking system allows rapid coverage of large areas with minimal tools or groundwork disruption. Once installed and filled with 5–20mm angular gravel, CellPave™ GT40 forms a durable, free-draining surface that remains stable even under turning vehicles, vibration or sloped conditions.

With 95% permeability, CellPave™ GT40 is fully SuDS compliant, supporting sustainable drainage and helping to reduce surface water runoff and flood risk. Its discreet gravel finish blends naturally into rural, heritage and landscaped environments, making it ideal for projects where appearance matters as much as performance.
